Blot away again with another damp white towel to remove all chemical and stain residue.)
7. Allow to dry. (You can assist drying by ensuring good ventilation and using an air mover)
8. Repeat process if necessary.
Tips for use on carpet:
Do not overwet carpet or upholstery with diluted solution.
Attend to spots and spills as soon as possible. Fresh spots are significantly easier to remove. Stains that are left too long or treated with the wrong chemical can become permanent.
Always do your stain removal working from the outside of larger stains to the inside. This prevents the stain from spreading.
Laundry Instructions
To remove rust and iron stains from laundry add 100-200g of Oxalic Acid to the hot pre-soak water. These quantities may be varied for different amounts of laundry to be soaked.
Oxalic Acid can be used on fabrics including cottons, poly cottons, silk and wool. Oxalic Acid is recommended for specialty stain removal when laundering all types of linen including uniforms.
