PU Flooring

Highlights

  1. Polyurethane floor coating is highly flexible and elastic.

  2. Polyurethane coatings are more resistant to scratches and similar damage and is why you’ll often find urethane resin floors in heavy traffic areas – such as multi-storey car parks.

  3. Desirable for applications in extreme temperature situations as the flooring can expand and contract with the changes in temperature – preventing cracks from occurring.

  4. Polyurethane resin floor coatings are chemical resistant.

  5. Polyurethane systems are more resistant to natural chemicals such as lactic acid. It is this kind of resistance that makes polyurethane flooring popular in food processing environments – especially those dealing with dairy products.

  6. Less time required to fully dry.

PU CONCRETE

Starocrete TC HD

Starocrete (PU Concrete) is hybrid combination of cement and waterborne urethane, which causes two reactions simultaneously. Starocrete has modulus of elasticity as that of concrete which differs it from other resinous floorings. Starocrete is non-toxic and highly chemical resistant, have found wide acceptance in F&B industries and are being installed in quicker time than the conventional, slow curing epoxy flooring systems.

PU Self Leveling Gloss

Starothane SL

It is a three-component PU floor topping recommended for the most demanding applications in the industry. It has excellent thermal and shock resistance and hence can be applied on those areas where heating and cooling occur intermittently. Application should be avoided when the temperature is very high.

Starothane RCI / RCE

STAROTHANE-RCI/RCE is cost effective solution for an aromatic/aliphatic polyurethane based roll-on floor coating recommended for internal/external applications. It has excellent adhesion over primed and screed surfaces and offers excellent resistance to UV radiation to prevent colour fading.
