  • Stanrose® Fuel Demulsion, Fuel Emulsion Breaker

Stanrose® Fuel Demulsion Stanrose® Fuel Demulsification is the breaking of a crude oil emulsion into oil and water phases. Common Name Fuel Emulsion Breaker Product Code STAN-FOT191 Features and Benefits From a process point of view, the oil producer is interested in three aspects of fuel demulsification : Rate or the speed at which this separation takes place Amount of water left in the crude oil after separation Quality of separated water for disposal Technical Properties Stanrose® Fuel Demulsification is an aid to the physical removal of water from all grades of fuel. Recommended Uses Stanrose® Fuel Demulsification improves centrifugal separation of fines, it helps prevent sludge formation and stabilises fuel viscosity. The fuel filters and lines will be cleaner with less inclination towards blockage. The main purpose of Stanrose® Fuel Demulsification is however to rapidly split water in oil emulsions. Method of Application Breaks water-in-oil emulsions by lowering the surface tension between the two phases. It is insoluble in water and remains effective even after the water has been removed. Powerful dispersants combat existing sludge formations while homogenizing the fuel to prevent new sludge from being formed. Stanrose® Fuel Demulsification lowers the surface tension between the oil and water phases in an emulsion. It is completely insoluble in water and remains in the fuel oil phase. It also disperses sludges and any heavy particles into thefuel oil. Dosing Instructions: Stanrose® Fuel Demulsification is dosed to the bunker tank prior or during bunkering. Dosing is based on water content using test results. If none are available an initial dose of 1:4000 should be used. Water % Vol 0.5 – 1.0 1.0 – 2.00 >2.0 Dose Rate 1: 4000 1 : 2000 1 : 1000 Storage and Handling Store in a dry place, keep container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with skin. • Stanrose PU Acrylic Polymer Emulsion Interior Paint Royalewall Gloss Matte Coat

Interior Paints Highlights Interior paint is more to do with aesthetics and decoration purposes and at the same time, they need to add properties of easy maintenance, wash ability and dampness prevention. It’s designed to withstand abrasion. Interior paint is also designed to be more delicate than exterior paint because they occupy the same space as you do. Interior paint is so made that they can be scrubbed and can resist staining. Interior paint is formulated to be more resistant to physical damage. The resins used for interior paint can be firmer because the paint does not have to deal with weather and temperature differences like exterior paint. Interior paint is not required to be fade resistant as they are not subject to extreme temperature conditions and hence do not fade easily. Interior paints need to be stained resistant for hiding brush and roller marks. Interior paint should get cured even without direct exposure to sunlight. Interior paint does not require additives like pesticides and fungicides. It is made washable so as to clean spots and marks that they accidentally get especially by small kids and pets at home. Interior paint should have a low or zero VOC (Volatile organic compounds). This is important in preserving the air quality in your home. Low or zero VOC help to reduce your health risks. Our products have been tested and approved by trusted authorities such as CFTRI, CSIR, VJTI. • Stanrose® DI Water, Deionized Water

Stanrose® DI Water Stanrose® DI Water is simply water that has had most of the mineral content and dissolved ion content removed. It is pure water. The cleanliness of the water is rated as its resistance value. [Pure water will not conduct electricity][The rating is in Meg Ohms. Microsiemmens or Conductivity is also used as a measurement of DI water Standard tap water is brought to a temperature of about 72 degrees f and run though a pre filter system consisting of a 25 micron sediment filter, 25 micron carbon filter and either a water softener filter or a chloramines filter [depending on your particular water quality and your local government treatment method] and then the main DI system consisting .5-micron filter to remove particulates, a carbon filter then removes any organics within the water. A reverse osmosis filter removes further contaminants and a mixed bed resin filter removes the final dissolved minerals. This is a very basic process for production of DI water on a small scale. Larger systems are very complicated and use pumps and re- circulation loops to provide larger volumes of DI water. Common Name Deionized Water Product Code STAN-SSC211 Features and Benefits Types of DI Water Stanrose® DI Water is classified into several types dependent on its use. If you are cleaning high end semiconductor final cleaning of optics or high end medical devices, then type 1 is the correct choice. Type II DI water is also used for high end cleaning and for food grade products. Type III is commonly used for parts cleaning and general lab ware cleaning. The charts below give the specifications for the various types of DI water. Technical Properties Maximum Contaminant Levels in Type I-III Purified Water As mentioned in technical data sheet Recommended Uses 1. Deionized water can be used to process pharmaceuticals, make shampoo, reduce blow down, reduce scaling or comply to a standard. 2. Deionized water can be used in food and beverage processing quality. 3. Use Deionized water to pretreat boiler feed water to reduce scaling and energy use. 4. Deioniozed water can pretreat cooling tower make-up water to reduce scaling and energy use. 5. Deionized water can be used to increase the efficiency of car washes, powder coat paint lines, the purity of manufacturing water and more. Method of Application Stanrose® DI Water is classified into several types dependent on its use. Storage and Handling Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact rinse with plenty of water. • Stanrose | Industrial Polyurethane PU Ucrete Concrete Cementitious Floor Coating

PU Concrete Flooring Advantages From laying the Starocrete to daily use, regular cleaning and maintenance, there are many advantages for processors and ultimately users of this building material. Here are some advantages of polyurethane concrete in an overview: The short curing time makes it ideal for quick conversions and extensions Chemical-resistant makes it suitable for use in laboratories, practices and workshops PU concrete is impact-resistant, shockproof and resistant to scratches, abrasion and holes. Can be used in many facilities due to temperature resistance from -40°C to 130°C Easy to clean and disinfect Non-slip and can be used according to standards such as DIN 51130 or BGR 181 Recommended Uses Starocrete (PU concrete) is used in many branches of industry, not only in industry, but also in many smaller-scale trades. The positive characteristics, the easy cleaning with achievement of important standards and the longevity are important factors. Here are some examples of the use of PU concrete / polyurethane concrete: Chemical industrial equipment Pharmaceutical industry Research, practices and laboratories Foodstuffs industry e.g. butchery and bakery also wine press and brewery and Cheese and Dairy Surface Preparation Suitable methods are sanding or grinding. Any surfaces that have been contaminated with oils may also require chemical cleaning. Use an industrial vacuum that picks up even small dust particles. The floor must be cleaned of all dusts and residues before starting to prime. Otherwise you will have various particles trapped within the coat and adhesion will be significantly weakened. The less micro-dust on the surface the less primer you will need. For thin cracks it may be necessary to slice them with a cutter before filling in order to improve the anchoring of the grout. Basecoat - Starocrete 1000 Scratchcoat The scratch coat used is usually Starocrete 1000 Scratch coat. Mix Part A and Part B of the Scratchcoat in a clean bucket with Electric Stirrer according to the instructions on the technical data sheet. Starting at the far corner, apply the basecoat by trowel and roller and evenly broadcast the Sand for firm grip with topcoat, into the wet product until all the basecoat is covered, except at the leading edge.
